Exercise Physiology

Exercise Physiologists are university qualified allied health professionals and are registered through ESSA. They specialise in the delivery of exercise, lifestyle and behavioural modification programs that can help treat and manage both acute and chronic injuries as well as improve your performance in both general exercise and sport.

Exercise physiologists work with you to provide physical activity and behaviour change support for people experiencing conditions such as musculoskeletal injuries, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, depression, cancer, arthritis, COPD and many more.

Additionally, our exercise physiologist sees clients that are transitioning out of physiotherapy in the end stages of their rehabilitation from injury such as after surgery from a sports injury or at the end of your work related injury under WorkCover. We also offer services under the Medicare Allied Health Plans (EPC/CDM) offering bulk billing to patients with a full pension card and significant subsidies to all other patients on these referrals.

Our team of Physiotherapists and Massage Therapists work closely with our Exercise Physiologist to ensure you get the best results, less pain and more function.
